    No offence to the palagi’s (white people).

    Some Palagi’s dont deserve to have a tatau, cause i have come passed many palagi’s that talk, use, show it inappropriately; claiming its there’s when it aint. thats just dissrespect to Samoa.

    but wuns like this women here represent it in an appropriate way

    just colour it in and show it off to your relatives.
